Random Thoughts

I will NOT be sick,I will NOT be sick,I will NOT be....You get the message.I haven't even had a cold this year and now I feel like I have the flu.Must be something those babies that I work with decided to share with me.I'm not feeling the love right now.My neighbor,Libby, is having her annual Christmas party tonight( I usually attend)but out of the kindness of my heart,I am keeping my germs at home.What a sacrifice as the food is always to die for and the fellowship ain't shabby either!I am kicking the self-pity demon off my back as I speak.Libby is the reason I picked knitting needles back up after 40 years and started trying to knit and crochet again.Even though I usually just do scarves and dishcloths(do have an Afghan that I've been working on over a year),Libby can knit anything.She's my hero for lots of reasons!
